A sound bath starts very gently, putting you into a state of deep relaxation, to then have you follow the sounds of different instruments as you go on a discovery journey. If you struggle to meditate on your own or feel constantly "revved up", sound will help you let go of the mind and reconnect with yourself. The event is a good introduction to sound therapy and participation is donation-based.
